it was actually a mate of mine who picked it, cramming the weekend before the software trial... neither of us were too sure about what was going on there, but the new one makes sense from here :)

tank girl. nuff said. shark skin man and peach-hip girl is also very good, but completely bizzare and unintelligible (they take it out and give it a good beating on sbs every now and then)

    major project

nah you learn about them in option 1 basically a bunch of yes/no or multiple choice q's... depending on what answers you give it can deduce, for example, what disease you have based on the symptoms you tell it you have. doubt you want to learn vb and medicine in 2 wks, but you could code an...

    hsc/flowchart templates

as did i... the day after my SDD trial, in which i did not draw any flowcharts. mine is tinted yellow. if for nothing else i can use it to remember what some of the more obscure symbols mean. but you'd be crazy not to use pseudocode, unless q's really lend to flowcharts
get your textbook (preferebly sam davis's one). read it. do every multiple chice question in the book. if you get them wrong, re-read the chapter. learn option 1 unless you're a hardware junkie and actually enjoy memorising ASCII/hex/binary codes and conversion.*
...

    Silly Question

does this forum exist solely for the purpose of people who don't do latin wandering in, giving funny looks to the people who do do latin, perhaps asking a question (which is realy basic to the latin types but bloody confusing to the rest), justifying their presence by saying that a freind of...

damn! quick response time. yes i don't think they look at it unless yr work is held back... and also if there's differences between the markers, like one gives it 48/50 and one gives it 23 or something, then they'll look at yr diary for extra evidence/backup on your work and ideas and blah.

    Catholic trail?

thanx :) most of my stuff is concerned with new british art: damien hirst, marc quinn and so on. this seems to fit in with shocking audiences (coceptual framework), the postmodern frame, the structural frame (unconventional material use, etc, etc) challenging cultural traditions, so i think...

but it is, in a twisted sort of way (but i'm a twisted sort of person :D) strange coincidence: just looking at this: damien hirst is a strange creature.

Who wants to get an art-ish job?

yes, no job is the biggest detractor for grafix... but hell i'm going to do it anyway. i'd rather be an unemployed graphic designer than some boring suit type. now i have to choose the course and uni UTS looks good but the UAI is big (94.something)... my dream course would be combined...
