Albert Speer - inspired by an ideal or self-interest?

Perhaps, but they were very close friends, if hitler ever had a "freind" it was Albert Speer...

Pendulum Practical - Reliability and Validity

Yeah obviosuly for reliability u simply repeat the experiment and graph a line of best fit of your results. (See a past hsc paper, where they graph t^2 vs L i think). This makes it a more accurate result. Obviously the timing would not be exact so that detracts from the accuracy of the...

    Scaling

I dont seem to agree. If anything its set a bit too low at least for engineering courses. I know that ppl who get 80s get into engineering and struggle in uni, most drop out. I guess it depends on the demand not on the difficulty of the course...

    Quick Question on Lenzs Law

I checked a similar question in one of the old physics books i have at home: "A rod XY (X is the left end and Y is the right end) is moved downwards through a magnetic field going into the page. Which direction will the current flow?" The answer in the book states: "In the conductor...

Albert Speer - inspired by an ideal or self-interest?

Speer himself said "The nazis represent the true ideals of German society" You can include info on how he supported the holocaust (theres no weay he could not have known about it, his claim that "i had closed my eyes" simply goes to show that he knew about it but he didnt do anythign about...

    Quick Question on Lenzs Law

ahhh I see now, so it all boils down to the positive charges moving from right to left therefore leaving B negative when the current is induced...its a tricky question.

    Quick Question on Lenzs Law

Thanks for the detailed post. I inititaly thought that A was negative, we had this question in our half yearly and my teacher was convinced that B was negative.

    Quick Question on Lenzs Law

Yeah I get how that works...but i thought the right hand palm rule takes into account the direction of conventional current right? Because then conventional current would be going from right to left..?

    Pathways...

It depends. Pathways is really designed for those who work part time or have a disability. Personally I couldnt stand another year of the hsc, its better to do it all in one hit if u can i think. But then again, its really a personal choice.

    Help with The Quadratic Function

    Alternatively you could use the equation of the form: x^2 - (sum of roots)x + (product of roots) = x^2 - (-5 +2)x + (-5x2) = x^2 + 3x -10

    Naturopathic Medicine?

I remember a program on discovery channel about natural remedies..in this case I think they were talking about ayurveda. A doctor in the show made an interesting point, and that is that the reason many people turn to more natural remedies is that they feel more cared for - in western medicine...

What's the hardest part of this course?

Similar triangles. Not the proofs but the side ratios, I can never seem to match each similar side lol...it takes me ages to get those questions. I havent done rates of change so I cant comment on that though...but the rest of the course seems straightforward.

Just keep practising. You should be able to virtually memorise the essay for the first personality question and get it over and done with quickly, leaving some type for analysis in the second question...

Schapelle Corby - Innocent or Gulity?

You can't generalise and say that this happened to Schapelle as well. With all the aid that Australia is giving to Indonesia, I seriously doubt that police officers would put that in jeopardy by abusing Australian prisoners. While I do not doubt that there are gross violations of human rights in...

    nazi flag

Yeah the Nazi Swastika is tilted at 45 degrees, and its reversed too I think. I do know that the swastika,at least in Hindiusim, is a common symbol often used in temples and on the front pages of books as it is associated withthe Goddess of Wisdom and knowledge.

    roots/zero

Wow slide, thats very interesting...but will they allow it in the hsc? Or do u only reccomend it for testing answers, or for integration questions where u have to split up the fraction by division?
