A song is fine, so long as you analyse it well and are able to discuss sophisticated links between the two.
In terms of whether to know all 4 poems, my techer advised that while is is very unlikley BOS will be mean enough to specify (they haven't in the history of AOS) , there is nothing in...
Obviously, I'm not going to do anything about it. I'm perfectly aware that's the way the system functions, flaws and all. I am actually an English/Humanties student, but not artistically or musically inclined: I was just giving music and art as additional examples of subjects that are...
The UAI is a rank, not an average of your HSC marks. Your UAI seems perfectly normal. Looks as though you trying to play the scaling game and you lost. Btw, the fact you were ranked 2nd in Chem means nothing, because the mark is modified.
I agree that I can still achieve a good UAI with Eng/humanities, because i anticipate performing well in them.
However, I disagree that all humanties subjects are easier than science subjects. I'm willing to bet a lot of mathematically/scientifically inclined students would stuggle with...

How is the scaling process fair? Why is that subjects like maths and science are valued above others?
They are not necessarily more difficult, and shouldn't it be assumed if you are going to choose somehing like Physics or Chem, its because you find these easier than other options? How can...
