I am a first year student
if i want to transfer from one uni to another for next year do i need to apply through UAC like everyone else by September 30th?
also a friend of mine enrolled in a 70 uai course and chose subjects for a completely different degree that required a 90 uai. So when he transfers in second year he wont even be behind.
in mac its very easy to transfer, they dont look at your UAI but just your first year results and you need a credit average AT MOST. For most courses even if you get a few passes they still let you transfer.
Actually it depends in what your interested in IT.....
Macquarie computer courses are heavily focused on programming with some database work thrown in.
So if programming is your thing then mac would be alright however if your interested in stuff like networking go to UTS
I don't do acturial but am in a few acturial subjects. Your odds of finding brunettes in Acturial units are terrific
Out of a packed lecture I have seen 2 brunettes (and 1 blonde) ;)
I am interested in doing business at the city campus next year, currently I am in a similar course at mac uni.
Does the business course provide the 1 year of work experience or is it only for IT/engineering courses? cant find the info on the website although im probably not looking hard...
