That is the most ridiculous statement! In all honesty really think about that statement. In reality do you think that happens? Do you believe that a person would study for five long years, undertake a 6 month training course, spend thousands of dollars investing in books and so on just to work...
I can't wait. Some people who have gone there told me it varies year to year depending on the quality of planning and number of stands. Hope it is good.
Is it worth the time and extra study to complete either one of these? Are they overly difficult? I know that the CA is a two year course and was just wondering is the CPA the same or is it longer/shorter?
Thanks
What is the Macquarie O Week like? Do the various student groups and associations have stalls set up so you can register or is this done at a different time?
I'm very excited I hope it is buzzing around campus!
I'm not sure if there is a thread on this already but I was just wondering if anybody knows what to do if you are transferring to a new university. Do you have to submit a form to the previous university stating that you are no longer attending there? Or do you just not re-enroll?
Many thanks
I do care due to the fact that it is these students who a representing the uni. Obviously, I am not referring to anyone on this site as I highly doubt the types of students im talking about even know this site exists. I was just venting frustration due to the fact that I know the law program at...
Granville Boys Video on Youtube anyone?

Legal studies isnt really relevant. I got a band 6 in the HSC for legal and have not seen it as a necessity to understanding. As melsc stated we basically covered it in the first week or two.
There is no need for this debate. It was settled by the referendum several years ago and it shows a difinitive answer. Australia does not need unneccessary problems. We are fighting off economic and political threats and we do not need this nonsense to take away from that.
If you do really well in these subjects you shouldn't be at any disdavantage. You need to ensure that you achieve above and beyond your best just as if you were studying chemistry or physics. If you do well, scaling shoudln't really effect you.
You people must be the type of people who I'm reffering to. The students who laugh about how bad they did. The students who laugh about having group assignments and doing nothing and leaving all the work for the one person who actually cares about their mark. The types of people who leave...
Yes I was a first year and I didn't personally like it. I studied my arse off and gained higher marks then the required marks and was pissed off that people who didnt even try or did not even receive a uai 10 points below the cut off gained entry. How is this fair? What was the point of me...
No offence you may be attending the number one ranked school and be in the middle percentile of your school however if you do not try or get lousy marks it will not help you to achieve your goal. They lesson to be learnt: you can cheat the hsc because in the end it will eventually find you out
