I love Greeeeeeeeeeens!
In fact, I think everyone should vote for the greens so we wont have HSC --- because we will fall into civil war pretty soon if Greens gets in power!
Just to take on your phrase "this information (on the low scaling of Legal Studies) was always readily available".
First, I am dubious about your definition of what should be considered "readily available" information. Acknowledgibly, legal studies scales low is a consensus fact, and I had no...
Thank you very much for calling me a "sir", yet I am a bit offended by your remark. I definitely have not relied solely on my textbook, I have done research on legal issues using the Austlii website and other book, I also own a Macquarie study guide and two other focus-study revision book.
I...
Sorry but I do not have the honourable pleasure to study the "world order" section your beloved legal studies teahcer has written. I studied the "Consumer" and "Family" sections, which are the most popular ones.
I'd rather pick up ext. hist in yr 12. In fact I did try to pick it up and drop legal, yet there were only three students in my year said they were intersted in the course, so the school couldnt open a class for only three students (in fact my school's ext II maths class only has 4 ppl)
How is my UAI determined? What happened if I achieve a high mark in HSC but my general performance in assessments was quite average?
I know it seems a bit late to ask question like this, but someone please help me.
BTW, I used the Heinemann textbook in year 11, I found it quite useful. Yet still, the syllabus is teaching you stuffs you dont need if you want to study law in university (which is what I want to do)
No that is not what I was saying. My discontent on the Cambridge book must not be generalised so that the entire syllabus is demonised.
The syllabus... well... it is merely reinforcing common sense. If you are planning to get into the workforce straight away after yr 12, then I think legal...
trust me it is poorly written (if not poorly edited).
For example, in the section describing the role of the high court with regard to criminal justice system, there is only one brief sentence that is relevant to the topic. The rest of that paragraph is actually talking about CIVIL LAW which...
Ur rite~~~I chose it because there was nothing else that interested me on that subject line when I had the subject selection in year 10. My ill-informed decision was much due to my own fault. In year 11 I realised the teacher was rubbish but I thought he would take year 12 more seriously. So I...
to restart from year 11. Would you still choose the same subject? I swear I will never choose legal studies if I had known this is a subject which is merely reinforcing common sense and had nothing to do with the real law in university. Also my legal study teacher is by far the laziest and...
I am currently sitting at around high band 4 (if not low band 5)~~~can some one tell me how do i study in the next couple of weeks to boost my mark to a high band 5 at least?~~~
(BTW~~~I've got all my notes taken but I have severely insufficient media reports and surveys i can recite)~~~
I wish I can get a band 6 for 2 unit Maths~~~
But I did shxt in trial which I only got 82/120:(:(and my rank in the whole year (all the assessment mark) is 49 out of 71
Yet I've been working hard over the last few weeks and when I timed and marked my past HSC questions I got 97/120 and when I...
Is B Commerc- Accounting of Macqauire good? I heard a lot of contradictory information on macqaurie U. Some say it is specialised in commerce and accounting and is very good in this area. others say the students doing commerce in Macquarie U are mostly international students from Asia (not being...
