i bought a $50 iTalk for my 4Gen iPod. I barely used it for recording lectures. We had a few group meetings, and it was just a good way to record those.

i barely compress files anyway. the only reason why i'd zip/rar anything is to keep it in 1 file. <20Mb is considered 'small' anyway unless you're emailling, but there's alternative ways of file transfer.

depends on what type of file it is if it's a file that already uses high compression, you won't get it down any further if you want to break the file into smaller parts, use WinRAR or something like that.

haven't done it but i guess starting with a psuedocode algorithm would help. That's how i got through my java subjects. abosulely hate programming, but if you break it down slowly and google syntax (not sure if you can) you can get pretty far

actually, driving good comes with a lot of experience. unless you really drive everywhere on your L's, it's hard to drive well in any environment when going on for your P's. Being familiar with a route will definitely help. You know the area, you know the lanes, lights, crossings, etc
