Re: Tertiary Forums Undergoing Major Restructuring
why is it hard to go through alphabetically?
so everyone else complains that the extra click is not needed, and you wish to have a 2nd click?
Re: attn ujuphleg
you're lucky we didn't go for option 2 and place the uni's under particular states.
btw, the greater ur resolution and screen size, the much neater it'll look :P
Re: attn ujuphleg
on the blue bar for the other universities
towards the right, htere is an arrow
click on it and the subforums for that particular uni will close
Re: attn ujuphleg
ok, 1 extra click may be a pain
but on the main forum page, u can close up all the forums for the other universities which you couldn't do before.
this does make it a lot easier to navigate
we agreed to do this change ages ago. it is to keep the same layout as the rest of the...
it's only worth buying a laptop if you are going to be using it as a laptop
don't use it as a replacement desktop
it's pretty stupid.
I left my laptop on for 2months straight. no rebooting, sleeping or hibernating.
no screen saver either :(
Re: Tertiary Forums Undergoing Major Restructuring
for a long time we've had confusions between the different university threads
this way makes it much easier to see.
we would've kept it the old way, but it was impossible to make the separations while keeping the old way.
Re: Tertiary Forums Undergoing Major Restructuring
that should be correct.
it's so we can accommodate other faculties if needed later on.
the restructure is to standardise the look and feel of the site.
