BOS are on crack this year chem, 2 unit maths and physics were hardest ones out (in a while, and maths was defs harder than last years piss easy paper) but having said that, imo cut off for band 6 will be around 75 (max will be 77 for sure) band 5 (54-57) :) btw my raw marks is lowest 65 max 75...

guys, if I'm rank 1 for a subject, and i get an exam mark of 90, does that mean my assessment mark is also 90 and therefore my HSC mark will be 90 (assuming i got the highest exam mark)?

okay, if I'm rank one in my school course (eg. chemistry), and my exam mark (not my raw mark lol) is 88, does that mean my assessment mark will be 88 (provided no one got higher than me) and therefore would my HSC mark be 88?

yeh it will give me an exam mark of 87 ish which means my assessment mark will me 87 as well :) but i could've had a band 6 for it but oh well HSC means jack shit in march lol

well imo i reckon cut off will be the same as last year around 73 (because thats what the trend is normally)... i reckon i got 68-74, which is less than my CSSA trials (and my teacher has been marking chem HSC exams for last 10 years and he will this year.... rich guy ahahha) assuming i get 68...
