    if you aren't good at maths, just drop it. most commerce courses need 2 unit maths as an assume knowledge, but no one can stop you if you still want to do commerce courses. so go for it if you really really really bad at it. ps. maths is a great subject.

    that question you posted had a problem itself. you can simply prove it normally without induction. but if your teacher designed this question to test induction specifically, no, I personally dont think your enemy will get the mark for it.

    you use the answer in (i) and then the angle on the left hand side will be the same as the corresponding angle in the congruent triangle. after that vertically opposites angles and finish.

    i. you look at the triangle that were given. and substitute the angles corresponded to it. Tan-1(H/x) - Tan-1(h/x) = alpha + theta - theta = alpha okay. i'm throwing my sharp and swapping over to casio after hsc.
