Whoa dude, are they your schools texts or your own? If I had that much, they'd probably live lives as pretty shelf decorations  I've got one for all mine too except English, you can't really have one for that can you?

    After the HSC...

I'd like to do anything really, just as long as it doesn't involve kids aged 7 to 14 and needles and contracts and taxes and teeth and optometrists. I'm thinking of a scientist but I want to talk to people and stuff. Oh well, we kids have got a while to decide.

    simpson's rule

    No, it was substituted correctly and both ways work, depending on whether you use y0 or y1 first. Clicky. 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 y0 | y1 | y2 | y3 | y4 | y5 - 2 even and 4 odd y1 | y2 | y3 | y4 | y5 | y6 - 2 odd and 4 even

    simpson's rule

    No, I'm sure it works out to be the same as long as you take the first interval to be y1 instead of y0. For example, if the intervals were 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6: (y0, y1, y2, y3, y4, y5) Using h/3[ F + L + 2(even) + 4 (odd)] = h/3 [y0 + y5 + 2(y2 + y4) + 4(y1 + y3)] =h/3 [1 + 6 + 2(3 + 5)...

    simpson's rule

What exactly are the long and short methods? I always use Area ~ = h/3 [(First + Last) + 2(sum of odd ordinates) + 4(sum of even ordinates)] where h = (b-a)/n Which is pretty much the same as Pluvia's if you take y0 as y1.

How was your 1st day of school?

We have 40 min periods. 6 everyday except Tuesday where we have 8 periods. Hmmm, sort of with totally new subjects and everything but for now, I'm more comfortable being a yr 11 than a yr 7er. Yr 7 was scary!

Science- Student Research Project!?!? What should i experiment???

I did something about the effects that different washing powders have on our waterways using the powder, coins and some containers filled with riverwater. My hypothesis was that those that had more phosphates or other minerals in them were more likely to cause eutrophication.

    drama script

Your drama script is quite well written so far and it's interesting. I've read about 4 pages since I'm quite busy at this moment but when I finish I'll get back to you :) Btw, I'm not sure if I've done it right but I always tend to put the actions in brackets because it clearly separates the...

    We're in year 11!

Yeah I love being able to bring my bag into the study area of the library. Also, the teachers a really different too, they treat us like young adults and they happen to accidently slip out an occasional swear word now and then. It's bad (swearing is very bad! :mad1:) but it's uber-funny :lol...
