The two 'set' points are first and last.
So usually, the first placed person gets the highest external mark as their own internal moderated mark. And the last placed person gets the lowest external mark as their own internal moderated mark.
If you're second, you receive an external HSC mark that is equal to your own, and an internal assessment mark that is extrapolated from a graph that BOS makes that maps internal assessment marks to external assessment marks, and gives you a mark relative to how close you were internally.

But uhh you do realise that organising meats say... four months ahead is a bit overzealous.
If you want to work at a uni as a lecturer - you need a PhD, pretty much.
You'll need your undergrad, plus post grad stuff - and then your doctorate... it could take a while.

That said, if I end up dropping by for a bit - if anyone cares - I'll be bringing some first year uni stuff because... I remember some people wanted me to bring that.

I was chatting to a friend yesterday, she does Arts at Sydney - she basically said that she had to wait two weeks from the first set of results she got back, to the last bit of results she got back..
