I tried borrowing the book from the library, took it down from Level 7 or where ever it is to the borrowing station on Level 2 - nah, not allowed :(

Seriously, just get a train and bus - sheesh. Do your homework on the train or use it to hang out with friends or something.

Re: general UNSW chit-chat I'd go for something like "The Grey" - or whatever it's called - but that looks like a crappy re-make of "Alive" with other plot elements put in. Not many movies on right now interest me.

No concession for longer tickets. Buy a weekly MyMulti. Get a concession. Each and every week you have to use them. Purchasing a years worth might be possible - but why do that? Just save yourself time and make it part of your weekly routine. "Every Monday I'll buy my MyMulti", etc.

I like it. It's worth it, I think. The teaching may not be the best in some aspects, but the content is quite interesting.

It says "At least one major from..." wait, so I think I could be wrong. For example, any Economics major is 60 uoc. So having a double major would mean 120 uoc. Umm, the handbook is vague... but still, I think it's mathematically possible. You have your two Econ majors worth 120 uoc, and then...

They change degree rules every year. They decided that for those starting Comm/Ec in 2012, they would only allow a major from each. That's how it is, and I have no idea why.

You shouldn't go in 'hours'. I could do six hours of Art per night every night for a year, and still suck at it. Your study should be goal oriented, like "I want to be able to do all my homework for the week" or "I will do a past paper this week" etc. etc.

Guys, you know the Handbook is your friend. "Students are to complete at least one major from Economics, Econometrics and Financial Economics, AND one major offered under the Bachelor of Commerce" So you complete one Economics major and one Commerce major. Simple. And garrry, yes they can.
