As in, I get into Arts and do four Commerce-style courses. If I transfer to Commerce, the 4 Commerce courses are counted as part of what I need to do for Commerce.

No, just do courses you need to. I can do an Arts degree and take ECON1101, FINS1612, FINS1613 and ACCT1501 - all Commerce courses. For the purposes of Arts, they're my "Electives" - but if I transfer to Commerce successfully, those 4 subjects are counted to my Commerce core.

There are people who got 99 in MX2 and have scraped passes in Actuarial.

Pick one, because I don't know what you mean: Actuarial Studies is a Commerce major. You can't major in Actuarial Studies in an Advanced Mathematics degree. -or- You will most likely die in Actuarial if you've only done Mathematics 2 unit. It's hard enough as is, and tons already drop out.

What? No, internal transfers are always easier than external transfers - because you have zero chance of "oh sorry, we don't count that unit here"

I heard Med and Law revue were pretty good though. You can join those revues even though you're not actually a Medicine or Law student, I believe.

I heard about that. I remember talking to someone about it after I found a spare program lying around... they said it was all internet memes and stuff. While it wasn't bad enough that people walked out during the performance, I heard that some walked out during the intermission or something.

Yeah but that's not a mainstream subject and scaling changes wildly with them because you only have like 6 people doing it.
