i wouldnt worry though, you werent the only person to do that..most of the people i know wrote in the first person...i dunno, maybe i'm in the wrong here...but im just going by what my teacher told me

for my ISP i did media and religion (Islam)....i chose that cuz i knew there would be a lot of information on it due to the representation of Islam in the media(which was a negative rep) and then spoke about september 11, the gang rapes, etc...i did pretty well but dont leave it till the last...

my english teacher is a HSC marker so she would obviously know. it basically was meant to be written in an essay form and you should never write in the first person even if it says what impacted on YOU.

i didnt leave enough time for consumerism and i only got to write 4 pages...that was including the intro and then halfway through talking about the first poem....that was the easiest question so i realise i should have done it first
