In this case you have to score high in the externals. Eg. Rank one internally with 60. Score 90 externally ( if its the highest from your schools ) you will get 90 90 90 on your marks

I bench (with dumbbells) 90 pounds with 8 reps. With a barbell i bench around 70kg. Im not massive or anything, i work out for sport + am reasonably ripped with decent muscle, about (7% BF) i agree the forums are good, but theres so many good articles, that its hard to focus on some things...

I go to the OP's school. Everyone turned around and laughed when the teacher gave the speech. It looked pretty funny, a red bull on the desk , the thongs and the holden jacket didn't help your image But i think that water is all that should be allowed, as it seems fair.
