    ben_dog youre not that strange, if youre doing the mathematics HSC in year 11 like i did, and then you do ext 2 in year 12, your mathematics mark will not contribute at all to your UAI.

    the average of all my marks was about 82, however my UAI was 93.15

    UAI not reflecting HSC marks ?

    there is a reason why different courses scale differently. example, i really dont think a 90 in general maths is worth nearly as much as a 90 in extension 2 maths... it would be a pretty stuffed up system if they were worth the same, in which case everyone would do the easiest subjects possible...

    all i know is that the formation of the cooper pairs allows the electrons to travel through the lattice unimpeded, and so because there are no collsions with the positive lattice, there is no resistance
