well all i know is that the second beam has a shorter wavelength, so a lower frequency (im pretty sure...?) so this beam has lower energy photons compared to the first, and so the electrons liberated have less kinetic energy than those from the first beam... thats all i know. was that right?
Billy mak u obviously didnt read my second explanation because that is what i said anyway just get over it, im not perfect and i can actually admit that yes i was wrong please forgive me because your opinion of me means the world to me...
steven 12, u said that the clock on the spaceship should have slowed down, but then thats means that the spaceship clock is slower than the earth clock, not the other way round, so the answer is B
1) ?
2)?
3) the slip rings in an AC motor are there basically to complete the circuit (as far as i know) connecting the coils of the motor to the power source (with brushes). The split ring commutator is there in order to alternate the direction of the current every 180 degrees, which...
shot number 2:
ok then is this question addressing lenz's law where we want the current thats induced to flow in such a way that the force exerted opposes the original change?
This is one of the easiest questions ive ever seen
right hand palm rule:
fingers point in the direction of the magnetic field-north to south
flip your hand so that your palm is facing up(the direction of the force)
you will notice that your thumb points "out of...
well its basically the same stuff anyway, but remember that certain physics equations that are on the formula sheet are in the syllabus, so u would probably be expected to show that u know how to do the projectile motion stuff using those.
i thought it was the carriage person who saw the light at the same time, but its been hacked into me that its the other way round, like the textbook says.
the person on the platform will see both lightning strikes hitting each end of the carriage at the same time and the person in the...
sorry to tell u but all of those things u listed are really really important in chem
i suggest u go for the green macquarie study guide thinggo, it helped me a lot :)
when u get a question, look at all the different species that could possibly be oxidised or reduced. eg. in a NaCl solution with inert electrodes, the Na+ ions cannot be oxidised and lose another electron to become Na2+, but it can be reduced. go through all the species like that, and then using...
well considering the molar heat of combustion is defined as the energy required to completely combust one mole of a substance, id say it would be the lowest one.
