    Offer letter from UAC!

Ah thanks very much celery, that's quite the relief :) Also, you're definitely on the right track in printing off the pages where you accepted your offer because as I read from some very informative guide on university life that I found on this forum, "if it isn't in writing, it didn't...

    Enrolment for Law at Sydney

Hi guys, I was just wondering how the enrolment process for law works at Usyd. I've already activated my unikey and my Student ID, does that mean I just have to show up on the specified enrolment day?

Check if you got into USYD early!

Hmm, it seems that last night in my drunken stupor I was able to activate my Student ID and Unikey account... but now I can't remember the password! In terms of enrolment, I should be covered for now, right? I guess I should probably ring up the helpdesk in 30 minutes :D

    So who got into USYD?

I did! But I can't remember my unikey password now. Lets just say I drank far too much gin last night. :bomb:

    UAI cutoff worries

Ah, in that case... what about a course like law at Sydney? :D

    UAI cutoff worries

Argh, now I have a craving for snakes. But back on topic, do you think this will mean that the cut offs for DFEE courses will rise due to increased demand? Or will the extra spots negate this somewhat?

    UAI cutoff worries

Hmm, I thought there was only a set amount of places that a university could assign to a DFEE place. If that's the case, that only means one thing... more competition! :haha: Which paper did you read it in?

    UAI cutoff worries

Oh are you planning to transfer to Sydney? In that case, I wish you all the best! It would be very cool to meet someone from BoS.

    UAI cutoff worries

Thanks mitsui, that makes me feel somewhat better, hehe :) And Jessica, a DFEE is where you pay the full tuition fee for the uni course, so in a sense I guess it's pretty much bribing the universities to get in. The benefits of this is that you can get into a course for a few points below...

    UAI cutoff worries

Hi guys, I was just wondering if you could give me a bit of feedback and hopefully a bit of reassurance on my current situation. What do you think my chances are on getting into DFEE Arts / law at Sydney with a UAI of 97.95. The 2006 cut off was 96.85, however it was 98.15 the year before that...

How far can course cutoffs fluctuate/?

Eep, this has gotten me all paranoid now. I'm looking to get into DFEE Arts / Law at Sydney (96.85) this year, and i'm 1.1 points above the cut off. Should I be worried? Oh by the way, first post! Good luck to everyone with their offers!
