lol, yea and hence their more electropositive :P but remember if this was like a 3/4 mark question, then put in examples and half equations. Think I saw a question similar to this in one of the papers I did.

lol i like chemistry because it's relevant and practical. And as long as you understand the concepts, the course isn't that hard. Easy to get good marks :D

and you have to make sure that you use the words correctly. Have been told off several times for not doing so.

just remember... like dissolves like, Ethanol is both polar AND non polar... like soap... ;) you gotta love industrial chem... makes everything else so much more easier :P

woohhh... is it really an equilibrium?? anyway in the industrial chem elective, it explains it a bit more thorough. Ask your teacher to demonstate ethanol as a dehydrating agent on sugar... Hilarious!... make sure u add lots of sugar ;)

electionegative... thats the one that wants to gain ions??? ie, if something is more electronegative, they're more likely to gain an ion???
