i know exactly how you feel! If nobody cared then i wouldnt be worried, but everyone has such high expectations. Im sooo scared everyone will be dissapointed in me and be like "oh so she really is stupid after all"

i see ur point, but if u dont like maths and dont do it then ur not going to follow a career or do a uni course that involves it. HSC english probably teaches u more than u realise in terms of structuring essays and arguments - very important in most courses and careers. And its good for ESL...

One of the girls a couple of grades above me had her speaking exam put on the cd, but we only knew it was her cause she has this accent that my teacher recognised when we were listening to it. They dont actually tell you that they're using ur answers tho - i remember that was one of the things...

There's really nothing you can do - a large portion of the ppl in my year took time off b4 trials and hsc. It is pretty frustrating but you just have to deal with it - what they do is their problem

Ha! Finally did the test - 98 :) anyway its not a mark its just a relative position haha kinda like the uai ... if only... *sigh*

What does everyone think about this course? In first year are you able to do some arts courses - eg i really want to keep up my language course. Oh yeah also, how come this degree takes 5yrs while bcommerce/bscience only takes 4???? i would have thought science would take just as long if not longer.
