If you want copies of past papers check the IAA website - they have heaps posted there. And it is hard - otherwise all actuaries would be like erning zillions

well i'm not sure if flyin' has done allll the combined courses... but i will say that applied combined is pretty easy. i reckon econ would be hard because some of the 200 level econ subjects have pretty high failiure rates or something like that.

UNSW is probably seen better coz they advertise a lot more and go around to firms to organise little UNSW band wagons (e.g. Co-op scholarship). I think employers will recognise what uni you go to... I mean if you went to Harvard that says a bloody lot. If you went to uni of western sydney...

OI! I am following it for applied finance. I'm keeping recommended program til end of this year then switching o do something else. It sounds like you know what I'm doing better than what I know for myself! Just because you're a mod doesn't mean you know everything! =p

Since we're all comparing results now... I did ACST101 2nd semester and got a HHD. I tried to do it in 1st semester but David Westcott didn't let me. He's like - you'll be overloaded. Doesn't matter anways.

i'm following recommended program. btw 2 of the mods aren't following recommended program because of factors beyond their control.
