You get all types in business really, it's such a broad field that it attracts a wide cross section of people. Finance in particular though can be quite cutthroat and high pressure, so if you are a particularly anxious person and dont handle pressure well, that might be something to ponder.

I think it would be even more relevant for a first year uni student. You need to be starting your professional development and career building from day one at university. If you have left it to your final year/graduation, you have left it too late.

Specious reasoning in my view. The reason UNSW and to a lesser extent USyd, UTS etc are highly represented in graduate programs is generally due to the fact that they have a higher calibre of students. Organisations dont really care where you went to uni outside of say Law and maybe MBB/IB.

In terms of employability, all are around the same - the university you go to doesn't really matter for most jobs in the Commerce field. In terms of learning experience, Id go to the open days and look up the courses in more depth to get a feel for each uni. Go with the one you feel is best...
