The scaling makes it fair. By "school scaling" I assume you mean the process in which all the exam marks for the school are divvied up to the students of that school based on there ranks and assessment mark differences? This is entirely fair. If you are in a "dumb" school there is an easy fix...

I think we were either in the teens or twenties. No idea what dux got but I'm assuming around 99.9 as I knew people that got around 99.7 In contrast to the above post, we are supposed to be producing the schools best results - pressures on.

For english we just did paper 1. We got given section 2 (creative writing) before hand. I think I wrote about 12 A4 pages all up. 3,4,5 for each section in chronological order. EDIT: ooo poster above goes to school across the road from me and is in the same suburb.

I've done cumulative study for the last two weeks (except for physics and religion) instead of last minute study madness. Worked for IPT :S Physics= cram the whole 2 topics in 3 days, got some nice notes relgion = doesnt count so why do i care?

As far as I know only English. They have swapped around a lot of things, changed module electives, texts etc. But this happened in 2004 so I don't understand why people are crying. Just means they don't get as much foreword of what to expect than say our year because journeys has been done 3...

I wonder if my teachers for English ever think something wasn't right because my questions answered in class are poor because I don't really put much effort into them because we get so many but then get average marks in assessment tasks because i put effort into them.
