who would rather go fight in a war than doing hSC?

lol. the war will both psychologically and physically incapacitate you, if you don't die, that is.

Should I drop economics or biology or keep then drop in the future?

Here is what I suggest: Look through both HSC ecnonomics and biology textbook. If there's one that you definitely prefer of the other, scrap the other one. If you are unsure, keep both of them until you decide to make another decision throughout the year. Also, it may help to ask some...

Should I drop economics or biology or keep then drop in the future?

@theind, it defs gets much better after production of materials :P -Also, rote learning is like taking the easy way out. You don't gain anything from it. But by forcing yourself in trying to learn something, and then actually understanding it (and it will definitely take much longer when you...

Should I drop economics or biology or keep then drop in the future?

@theind, yeah this is what i don't like about chemistry. it's much much much easier than biology in that respect, but it makes chem so dry lol. Although, same applies in hsc exams, it's about application of knowledge.

Should I drop economics or biology or keep then drop in the future?

Tell me about it. Year 11 biology was the biggest bs for me. I think I stopped giving a f. after the second module - I crammed the 4 modules three or four days before the finals and attained ..maybe 74% or something, lol. I hated biology. The year 12 course is much more different though - it's...

Should I drop economics or biology or keep then drop in the future?

Questions for biology: -Is the only reason why you attained that result for biology was because you crammed and rote learned? -Was year 11 biology just shitty and boring?

Med Sci Vs. Psychology (Back door to med)

This is just what I think, and others may not agree with me but: -It's natural to be concerned about not getting into post-grad med, because you feel like your future will be insecure hence the back ups. -But since this is about your future, it makes more sense to me to pursue a career path...

Study for worst subject or not?

If it isnt going to count towards your ATAR, and biology is just messing with you, don't bother with it. Focus on your other subjects.

    Spiral's Healthy Lifestyle Plan

Also, stop eating your food so quickly - it takes your brain around 20 mins to register that you're starting to get full. Here is info: http://www.livestrong.com/article/446323-the-effects-of-eating-too-fast/ Also, next time you eat with someone else - make conversation with them so you are...

    Spiral's Healthy Lifestyle Plan

You can't really just decide to cut out ALL "bad" food immediately at decide to adopt new "diets", because you won't be used to it and they will continually fail. Slowly fade out the junk food habits and slowly replace them with healthier options. After HSC combine that with gym/running/other...

    Sleep or study?

Oh okay. Still try to get the normal amount of sleep, because there are still a few weeks until HSC is over, and you don't want to crash and burn in between/before then. You're body may be able to cope with the late nights/lack of sleep now, but that might not be the case later.

    Sleep or study?

Hm. "I am not getting enough sleep" implies that you are tired. That'll affect the efficiency of your studies. If you're not used to staying up late, I suggest not to do it. Lack of sleep deteriorates your ability to concentrate - so you may get some good hours done now, but that'll affect you...

    Sleep or study?

How tired are you now, how many hours of sleep do you usually need, and what happens when you usually try to stay up late studying (if you ever have)?
