Senator calls for burqa ban after robbery

I do agree with you regarding choice, that it's an interesting concept, and choices, particularly with religion, are influenced very strongly by one's upbringing - then again, so is everything. However, again, it is not the government's role to say "just cos you're parents believe in it it...

Senator calls for burqa ban after robbery

But the fact remains that there are many women who wear the burqa by choice, and the government telling them they are not allowed to do so is unacceptable. I am sorry you wish to impede on the rightful choices of others because you "fear" and feel "uneasy" about them. Religion that...

"yoddle, you'll probably find that I am a highly educated person and am able to form my own opinions without being 'educated' by a checkout chick. I am not oblivious to the other side of the argument...but I don't choose to be on that side and quite frankly your arguments are rather pathetic...

Senator calls for burqa ban after robbery

It's hardly the government's place to decide whether they are "irrelevant in modern society and cause fear/a feeling of uneasiness in the average citizen." Andrew Bolt makes me more "uneasy" than any burqa-clad Muslim, but i don't expect the government to ban him. Cassette tapes are...

Senator calls for burqa ban after robbery

This would probably solve the whole problem, if you could call it that, and the banks can do this if they wish. For if we were going to ban burqas we'd have to ban helmets, balaclavas, big hats etc.

    Rudd will lose this election

preferred PM is still overwhelmingly Rudd. And when voters get to the booths, they are thinking "Rudd, or Abbott?" and polls are polls, this far out from the election they are more an indicator of the current mood around the government and not usually indicative of voting intentions.

    Rudd will lose this election

It is almost certain that Kevin Rudd will win the next election as long as Tony Abbott remains leader of the Liberal Party. The majority of voters do not find him a credible choice for Prime Minister.

On fb it's like "babikakez commented on your wall post" but then there's not? What's this about chocolate? We were pretty quiet yesterday, and we had the equivalent of a smokeshop operator, because one woman hurt her thumb and was on light duties, so she still came to work but was also...

Omg i'm joining them and writing poisonous wall posts asap. What is the fucking problem? All your money is one account and all that's changed is a button you press. Eurgh! This one guy held up his DEBIT card in my face and was like "THIS. IS. A. CREDIT. CARD." I was like, "just trust me, press...

Just a tip, if you want to be hated on/achieve your desired outcome with minimum fuss, maybe drop the entire prologue and just write the new routine. I think only our CSM knows how to do non-local for cigs and she only does it like once a week. The SSS told her she must train ALL supervisors...

SURELY, if someone wanted to spend that much money of one type of product front end would contact SM, who would contact SSS, who, if then unsure, would contact someone else. Like, how did that even happen?
