Physics scales much better. If you have to drop to 10 units and you are equally good, then Phy is the right choice.

Economics would be considered "high-scaling", roughly on the level of Physics.

Well if you chose the subjects you are best in, scaling shouldn't have much of an effect. If equally good, it is more advisable to choose the one with higher scaling.

You only contribute to a very small part of those cohorts. The overall English or Economics cohort is not as strong as say the 4U Maths cohort.

It is also because of that. BUT if the smarter cohort recevie the same marks in say 4U Maths and Bus Studies, then 4U maths will scale the same as Bus Studies. What actually happens is that the cohort receives a lower mark in 4U Maths than they do in Bus Studies, leading to the higher scaling.

Essentially because students doing them get lower marks in the exams than other subjects.

When you're teaching, your students may go, "hey you went to UWS, you sure you know your stuff?"

Time management and hard work. Start your notes early. Get into the hang on HSC quickly. Do each assessment to your fullest.

Simply put, UWS is where people direct those who receives an UAI which no other university would take. Do you want to be with those people? XD

Namu you realise you will be forfeiting your 100 in 2U if you did 4U? Lol a worthy sacrifice?

It was pretty fast, but Year 12 was the best, or maybe Year 9/10.

It lowers the cut-off, instead of increasing your UAI. But yes it seems likely.
