    I think I was a bit shocked that he called me a c*nt to be honest. I hardly ever get customers speak to me like that. I wrote it down on the sweeping log as to what happened. But I will ask the CSM tomorrow what the proper procedures are.

    We always exchange smokes if we've sold the wrong ones, but never refund them.

    If they have their receipt, I usually just refund it as an Unknown Item -> Produce -> Produce EA for the price. Saves weighing it. You can also weigh it and it will calculate the refund based on the price per kg, but you just lookup the produce in that instance.

    Can't you do a transfer on the all yours website as well? Casuals are entitled to one staff discount card for themselves. Permanent employees are entitled to one for themselves, and someone else living in their household.

    I would suggest not posting your store's sales figures on here. That's a big no no. Although our store does less than yours and we have 8 main registers, 4 express and 2 smoke shop. One of our mains and two of out express we don't keep money in, so they never get used.
