Nope, we don't have one. I would hate to imagine the reaction on those ferals faces if we asked them for photo ID.

What is everyones store refund policy? Our store is extremely simple. All refunds go under "Return Item" even if it's damaged (management request), or "Scanning Policy" for those scanning policy items. Any semi-high amount (approx $10 or more) without a receipt we generally only offer a store...

Nope, I can't remember exactly what happened but somehow it failed altogether, including the UPS.

Back in 2010, there was an accident nearby that left the entire area without power. Being in a shopping centre, there was power though. Unfortunately the mechanism that automatically kicks the generator in broke lol. Everything lost power (including registers). The store was evacuated and all...

Close supervision? No not normally, but now that I am starting up supervision, probably yes. Also, all the other supervisors that are "sick" will now also call me. I've worked Saturday night SCO close since 2009 though.

So tonight went well I guess. I won't say too much about the staff, but let's just say.... I had to go over everything that they did to get it up to a reasonable level, they drove me insane, well one of them did. Moarrr supervision tomorrow, yay for penalty rates.

To be honest, I was walking up Health & Beauty on Wednesday thinking "our special tickets are starting to look like Coles'". Are they the ones that are being pulled or are these different ones?

Why, cause you would take them away from me? haha. Don't worry, my CSM personally gave them to me back in Dec 2010. I swear I am one of the most capable people in the whole department sometimes >.>

By myself. What is your supervision rate? According to that clause of the agreement, you should be getting the full adult wage for grade 4 supervision too? Almost $21 on a regular day and $31.18 on a Sunday is amazing.

The fuck? You have 96 service staff? We wouldn't come near 96 staff in our entire store! We're a medium store in a shopping centre too!

There are only seven people with numbers in my store (excluding managers & including me). I am also the only <18 with numbers, got them in December 2010. I've been the only under 18 with numbers since before I started in 2009. No real need to purge anything in my store :P. How many <18's had...

PM'd. Yeah it's interesting. I'm supervising this Saturday night so I'll see how much the rate differs (obviously considering it won't be time and a half). How exciting. Shit, you're right.. Look at the "21 years and older" under Grade 4 TIME + 50% in the picture above = $31.18/ph.

That's the weird thing, it says "6E ORD+50%" which is exactly the same as my Sunday wage and code. Nah, I am saying that they must have paid me incorrectly for supervision. We are also paid a s/vision allowance, but I'm saying, that one hour I did DOUBLED my Sunday rate which must be a stuff...

Really weird thing happened. I did supervision for one hour on Sunday and my rate was $31/hr - double my Sunday wage. The EBA mentions nothing about supervision rates or allowances in my state (typical). Fuck up?

Looks like you will skip the group interview, that's a good thing. It may be that your store just required a once off employee, because normally it is done all together (the group interview consists of candidates from a variety of different stores and roles in the area/region). I never got any...

Agreed. It honestly seemed tempremental, if it wanted to work, it did, if it didn't want to work, it wouldn't. I can't explain how it declined the first time and then approved the second time if it was regarding the floor limit.
