I did a paper not long ago, and I was wondering if anyone had the same problem. I thought it was only me. It is very difficult. I mean, some papers seem way easier than others, but generally they are pretty difficult :( Especially those maxima and minima things and proving gibberish equations...

I managed to write 1260 words in 35 minutes. Guess it comes down to how fast you write.

Yep. My english teacher advised us to do comprehension backwards, as the ideas you use in the long response can be used in the shorter ones. It works if you're able to tell the links betweent the questions. If not, then I guess you'll be scraping your way through to find more ideas + techniques.

For the personality chosen, how long should their biography be? I'm typing it up, but its come to a page and a half, although this is my second piece as I had to fix things. It seems to be longer than my original one, and that was the one I wrote in the trial. Took longer than is expected.

I know someone whose expected was around 30, shot up to the 60's. Now this guy obviously seems like he was not keen to study, so I think he probably did some minimal studying and flew with a 60. Considering your plan, you'll probably do even better. Good luck.
