The teacher's who won't let you eat are pretty strict. I ate during the SC which as we know had BOS people there and they didn't mind me eating chocolate during every exam.

That's a good idea, I'm going to find a text book or something and start learning in my own time. :)

What's a distinction course? And another thing is, I'm sure most people were wise enough to change any subjects they weren't enjoying at the beginning of yr 11. However, I was still in my "stride" in term 1 and enjoyed every subject up until now.

So we're half way through the Prelim course and all subjects changes are off the table, we're stuck with the same subjects till the end of yr 12. If you could choose your subjects all over again, would you choose differently or would you definately choose the same subjects? I tried to...

I was going to do Jap beginners but didn't and I deeply regret it. Is the Jap Beginners course at every school "open highschool" as in no teachers, just sheets & tape to learn in your own time? I know this is a big ask but if it is Open Highschool, is anyone willing to scan and upload the sheets?

Physics may not be my favourite subject but I love the feeling of satisfaction when I can figure out a problem. :)

Hey everyone. Sorry to bother everyone but does anyone here have notes and practise questions for Circle Geometry and Polynomials. Preferably notes and question that's relevant to the Preliminary, nothing beyond the Yr 11 course please. Thank You in advance. :)

Yr 12 rooms? Sounds nice, we have no such thing. Our rooms are so dodgy that our room numbers are drawn on by permanent marker.

I'll be using the easter holidays to do my Chem assignment, catch up on maths and watch a lot of TV. Sleep too! :p The best thing about holidays for me is I don't have to wake up at 6:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays to attend Eng Ext! :D

Interesting, since I'm in yr11, the whole year's subscription might be worth it. :) Although, regarding the notes. Who writes them and do they cater to all subjects equally. For example, on the more "complex" subjects such as Physics and Chemistry, I wonder how good the notes will be...
