    Pffffft We get this asian lady come through every time there is a special on (or everytime she runs out of something in her milkbar). She came through with a trolly, had 20 tubs of ice cream which on was on special, and 5 FULL UNOPENED boxes of confectionery. Supervisor couldn't believe it.

    Don't get shitty when: - I need to call a supervisor because the stupid reduced to clear barcode doesn't work and they need to do a manual disc. dump. - We need to get approval for discount on an item if "it's the last one and its a little damaged", if you want it cheap, you can wait.

    You mean transaction splitting for the purpose of getting fuel vouchers? There's nothing wrong with splitting a transaction for a legit reason? So the next time I suspect a customer is doing it for fuel vouchers, I will not allow it. I was told that "we had to do it if the customer wanted it"..

    Yep, I had this cow who stopped me every $30 on the DOT to get fuel vouchers on her everyday rewards card. Oh, it doesn't stop there... She was paying with credit (signature), which added another 10 seconds on to each transaction. Dumb *****
