That Monbusho scholarship is offered by the Japanese government...apparently they offer only 5 for the whole of Australia. There's quite a lot of work involved in getting it...u gotta do exams (maths, world history, etc), interviews, etc. But if u do get it, its really worth it cos the Jap...
