I wanna do COMP123, but i've got a slight problem, i got a band5 in IPT. There was no way i should have got a band5, i was gettin 60s for my assessments, but i somehow got scaled in to the 80s. So basically i know the IPT content pretty vaguely, and i've already forgotten most of it neway...

So that means when u get a exam mark in uni, its already been scaled, & not the raw mark? Wot mark do most ppl get? & how hard is it 2 get a credit, do u have to work at the HSC level of intensity?

Wot numerical mark is a credit equal to? I've heard >60%, is that rite? And i assume a pass is >50%?

But the eBiz course has 8 core units, i'd assume they'd split it in half, ie. 4u a semester. & how do we know which semester we do a unit ? Does it say in the handbook?, i haven't really gone thru it yet.

So we don't have to do all 4 core units in the 1st semester? I asked the Macq Q&A board if i could do a language(Chinese) w/ the eBiz degree & the person said it was unlikely cos the course is very structured and it was very unlikely i could do electives. I wanna transfer to Commerce, so i'm...

Just got back from the morning session. It was in the Macq Theatre, and it was quite full. I found it to be quite helpful, the ppl explain how to fill in your units and other general stuff like that. The session went for 90 mins approx, (incl. singing), pretty long. Went in at abt 10:10, got...
