    Timetable Clashes

Oh, everyone just loves the admin, don't they :p Chances are about 99% that they will change the timetable, they always do and always will. Theres always going to be clashes, but if they are informed about it, then they can change it. I have first week and last week tutes, but thats...

    2006 Timetable

My elective that I really want to do doesn't clash with my cores. Yay! And not everything is on a wednesday, but most things are in the arvo, which is good.

    Timetable Clashes

I'd email the unit co-ordinator and inform them that theres a clash between cores. They will have to change it, because there will definately be other people in your course who are in the same position. This is why its a draft timetable, so they can change subjects if theres clashes between...

    Timetable Clashes

The subject that is at Penrith, is also taught at Bankstown, which doesn't clash. But if its easier to get to Penrith, I'd get them to change the timetable, or atleast inform them that theres a clash, other people would surely complain as well, especially if they wanted to go to the Penrith campus.

    Timetable Clashes

Ok. I had a quick look at the timetable. And they don't clash. You have to choose ONE of the practicals. You won't be going to them all. Just email the unit co-ordinator just to make sure. After all, I could be wrong :p They simply have scheduled heaps of practicals / tutorials because they...

    Timetable Clashes

If your cores are clashing, I'd email the unit co-ordinator and tell them, asap, so that they can change the timetable, so there are no clashes between cores. There should never be clashes between cores. There are probably other people in the same situation as you anyway. Due to demand, they'll...

    Advice on choosing electives

No. You can choose any level electives, as long as you DO NOT do more than 10 level 100 subjects. Although, if you are thinking of doing level 300 subjects, leave them until atleast the second semester. Because they are generally third year subjects. For example, this year, for my...

    2006 Timetable

I've only got one exam :p But 20 trillion assignments due first. I'll probably re - enrol before my exam on 9th November. Hawkesbury is never busy anyway, so there won't be that much of a line. I don't want to do my 3rd year research project :(

    External subjects

Well, I live more than 100km from the Hawkesbury campus anyway. We were offered as internal students for landuse and the environment this semester, to undertake it externally. Thanks though :) I'll just wait until timetables are finalised to decide if I should do them externally, if need be.

    Waiting for a transfer

I barely get on with anyone in my degree as well. They are either jackasses who don't give a shit about anything, or snobs who think that they are the best in the degree. And don't get me started on the mature aged students either

    Student ID Cards

Yup. Mine expires on the 31st of March as well. I think that when we start uni next year, we just go to the student centre and get a new one. Which is good, I need a new card anyway :p

    External subjects

Sorry, I didn't mean cross institutional study. I meant subjects run through webct. For example, I really want to do environmental health law, and if it clashes, I'll be forced to do it externally. By hard, I meant if by not going to lectures every single week, would it be difficult to...

    External subjects

I doubt if anyone knows the answer to this, but I'll just ask anyway. How difficult is it to do subjects externally? I'm thinking, that if I have a clash between cores and electives, 3 of my subjects can be taken externally, so I might have to do atleast one subject externally. But I don't...

    2006 Timetable

When they finally decide to put it up, $50 atleast two of the subjects I want to do, will clash :( It always happens.

    Gpa

hmm ... I know :( If I go by WAM its so close to being a credit average, but because I screwed last semester totally up, my GPA fell down heaps :( My assessments are still worth a lot, most subjects I haven't completed half the weighing about of assessment tasks. eg: Sustainable tourism...

    Gpa

Is everyone arguing because they are avoiding studying? Hmm ... in that case, I wanna argue too! Landuse is pissing me off, I'm studying for my exam on Friday - I want to burn my book, but then that would be ecologically sustainable  My GPA is shite as. But aslong as I pass...

Handbook Timetables The draft timetable dates will be available from 24th october. Some of my friends did business subjects during their free electives, while I did bludgy tourism subjects :P
