    Waiting for a transfer

Re - enrol just to be on the safe side. Then you can withdraw after you receieve your offers (i think theres a form at the student centre, from memory you need your course co-ordinators signature as well).

    Advice on choosing electives

Yes, they should. I don't know if what I said was right, its just the way that I read it. Ally, check the handbook here: http://handbook.uws.edu.au/hbook/course.asp?course=3618.2 - your in for a killer second year :p Lecturers don't know jack shit about what subjects everyone does.

    Advice on choosing electives

I think they have changed it, since the new system came in this year. If you defer your payments, but you want to pay upfront, then you need to go to the student centre and pick up a Commonwealth Assistance Form. And vice versa if you pay upfront and want to defer. Thats how I understand...

    Advice on choosing electives

Urban Geography - went for like one lesson the whole entire semester. Lecturer decided it would be fun to have group discussions every week. His teaching was an excellent time to catch up on sleep. Sustainable tourism and recreational planning - this subject is supposed to be a year long...

    Advice on choosing electives

I hate choosing electives sometimes. The handbook makes them seem so interesting, but after half a semester or so, they are actually shit. I've made bad choices in electives so far, I'm starting to regret it :(

    Student Insurances

400 hours = 10 weeks! But as long as I do it before I graduate, its all fine. I think you should get some work exp then, it always looks good on the resume, might even help secure a job when you graduate. Not worried about exams yet, only got one and its open book :p

    Advice on choosing electives

Do alteast some subjects that you *think* you will enjoy. Thats why you get so many electives. So you can personalise your degree to your liking and your own interests. If the subjects that you want to do aren't on your home campus, then you will need to email the unit co-ordinator to get...

    Student Insurances

Oh damn, why'd you meantion work experience? *Organises 400 hours of it over the christmas break* You get a funky book when you do work experience. Mines green, its got the insurance policy at the front, and then you just fill it out when ever you do it, if you actually want to do it, or...

    Re-enrolment:)

And don't forget to write in black pen either :) Otherwise they rip your heads off. They did last year  Stupid nazi student centre people. No HECS forms this year? I like this way better :D The packages last year were too big! Now time to plan what to do next year, instead of...

    The F1 Thread

Hehe ... And what does Rubix get for winning? Nothing :p I solely blame Mclaren and Schumacher for my bad performances. I still believed (even up until Schumacher span under the safety car) that Michael could win a race :o And for the record, sometime after Indy, I never tipped Michael to...

But, you can't stay longer! What about me? :( You could have atleast squeezed me into your suitcase. I'd much prefer to be in America at the moment, than working on a 50% assignment and then a 55% assignment.

Montoya was like the second car out to qualify, so for him to qualify 5th on a very dusty track was excellent. It was obvious that Kimi was running heavier than the renaults, but because of the safety car, everyones pit stategy was all screwed up. What happened to monty? The bloody chinese...

    The F1 Thread

Nothing much happened. Boring old race. Fisi was holding Kimi up until the second pit stop. So Nando could get a lead that Kimi couldn't beat him with. Maybe Kimi realised without Montoya they couldn't win the constructors. Mclaren deserved the constructors more than renault though. I won't...

    The F1 Thread

Hehe .. thats to true :) I can't help but think there was something fishy about the Chinese Grand Prix. Especially with Fisi. Fisi causing causing the Trulli effect? Except in a different way, ie: Holding Kimi up so he couldn't catch Nando. Where was Kimi's speed yesterday? He wasn't his...

Massa did do well :) Can't wait to see him in the red barron next season. While you were dancing :p I was crying the world's supply of water. Oh well, the season is over now, I guess I can cry for the next few months. I think I did pretty well considering everything. Schumacher got...

Thats it!!! *Waits to stop crying* Not likely until about tomorrow. Give Schumacher a break! Seriously, it was DCs fault. If DC wasn't hesitant, we would have had the other schumacher on the podium. As for the gates, China better fix them up, otherwise they will be loosing both their F1...

Maybe I have it easy, maybe I don't. Depends. Statistics can only tell half the story. Do you think I have it easy when I say Ralf is a great driver? No. But meh. I don't care anymore. Everyone has different favourite drivers, and after years of arguing with everyone about F1, I think I'm...

Ah, I'm a stubborn little bitch, what else do i need to say :) Can't I have one favourite driver? Sorry if everyone on here hates him. Atleast it isn't Zsolt  Anywayssss ... mclaren to win the constructors tomorrow. Maybe they are running heavier than renault as usual. Montoya...
