there were huge rumours that ACDC were headlining this years.. yeh obviously that didnt happen.. i wouldnt be taking the rumours as gospel

my 18th birthday party is on the same day.. and i cant change it either so i guess i wont be going. but not that worried, i'd probably only go for the cants, the casanovas and the cops. maybe kisschasy if i so desired.

by "splendour weekender" i mean the jjj special whilst this years splendour festival was held.. they played recordings of live sets from previous festivals, franz included. yes i read an article in the paper that said franz hoped to tour early next year. that suggests bdo time :uhhuh:

unless they are absolutely dreadful (like cover your ears dreadful) i think i would be so excited to see them i wouldnt care. but i have heard that they are really good live.

28 days at live n local the beautiful girls support when they were at yallah last year.. "goons of doom" absolutely hilarious, but you couldnt hear a single word of the lead singer, and inbetween some songs she had to turn around and ask how to play the chords of the next song

oh i know me too. hopefully, they will play bdo next year. :uhhuh: i didnt realise that when they played that set during the splendour weekender it wasnt the entire set. last night it was great to hear tracks off the album like "tell her tonight" and "cheating on you" which i hadnt heard live

i totally agree. hayden is completely out of form at the moment. but the problem is there isnt enough huge young talent to replace him.

awww i want to see franz so bad :( heard the splendour set on triple j during the splendour weekender and it sounded so awesome!! they are apparently hoping to tour next year sometime :)
