Yeah it always happens to me. Try clearing the cache/cookies and if that doesnt work refresh the page a few times (by pressing f5) and it should work.

You only receive offers for your first eligible preference, if you dont receive an offer for that one, it goes to the next one, until it reaches your last preference.

You can't add courses which had additional criteria, but other than that you can add any of the others.

I have received an offer in the December round, and as far as i know you can receive offers in every round providing that you change your preferences between rounds.

Yeah, just apply anyway, they give out heaps of offers before the main round (for accommodation). On the positive though, they do offer an accommodation guarantee. That might jus be for regional students though, i'd double check.

Many students at my school got special provisions (its private), while some of my friends from public schools told me that they didn't even know how to apply for special considerations, and though it was only for severely disabled people.
