true. but still, if she drops bio she will have three units with decent scaling out of eleven, the rest are all pretty average. not saying you should choose for scaling, but if you're concerned about it, then it's something you should factor into your choice.

i think you'll find that there are other threads on this pointless topic. you have to do english whether you like it or not, so stop complaining and go get a tutor if it bothers you so much.

Chemistry; don't do this subject personally, but i heard a couple of friends freaking out about how they haven't even finished their second topic. Biology; finished all three core topics, the rest of the term will be revision. the other class in our year will catch up to us in about a month...

i hear the scaling isn't exactly awesome, but if you look at all her other subjects, it seems to be the highest scaling.

if i were you, i'd wait until you've done a bit of the year 12 course. i hated year 11 bio, but i assure you the HSC topics are waaay more interesting. it's actually one of my favourite subjects now. BUT you don't really need a safety net since you'll still have 11 units if you drop it (12 if...
