Although q 10 was fairly simple compared to other year.. I'd say that cut off will be around 94-98 because there were harder shit throughout the paper.. Not just the last questions.
yeah cos you're finding the maximum velocity. which is dv/dt = 0 and dv/dt is acceleration. so in your question, solve for t when dv/dt = 0 and you have to prove that the value at t is a max by using first or second derivative test
