what kind of maths is involved in a business/commerce degree? if majoring in HR or marketing i assume there wouldnt be much and it wouldnt be very complicated, but from what i understand everybody does core subjects and some of these include maths. Is it difficult?

i understand that RANKS in the hsc are quite important, but does the gaps between the ranks make a difference to anything ?

if your good at anything you will make good money but yeah, my career has pay scales for sydney, melbourne and nationwide its quite cool, i wonder how accurate it is though

fuck me dead, i was just wondering why TAFE and not stick it out through high school? the reason i said the dropouts/foreigner part was because you wont find any dropouts and not a great deal of foreigners (compared to domestic students) in high school HSC i know quite alot of people who did...

true, but can anyone come up with a better way to rank students ? i think its pretty fair, however whos to say doing well in 4u maths/physics/chem will make you a good doctor for instance? what abotu someone that does well in 2u maths/ancient history/visual arts/geography etc. Willl they not...

why tafe ? if your school will still have your through year 11 and 12 then why not ? there will be more people in your age group, so more parties, more fun times, then with some people who came from overseas and want to do the hsc or drop outs who decided down the track they dont want to lay...

Be naturally smart. Do very well in assessments. But chances are, if you do not study; you will not do well. And whats your deffinition of a "high" UAI?
