how do we know when water acts as an acid or base ?
and also, when HCl reacts with Water .. why is it an equilibrium reaction ? i thought it was a strong acid so it should ionize completely ?

Well my teacher really hates tutors and everytime i give her an essay to mark, she says most of the stuff is waffle.
The ideas that she makes us write are things which are clear and obvious and she fixes it up for us
so in the actual HSC exams should i write about deep and uncommon analytical...
well i found the equation of the tangent and where it intercepts the x-axis finding T and then i tried finding G by getting the equation of the normal and where it intercepts x-axis but it doesn't match up with the required proof in i)

every time i see this symbol i don't know what it means because i always see them used differently? :S
what if i have 3 important ideas in a quote, am i able to do this? "important1........important 2.......important3" or can i only use ellipses from "important 1....important 2" and bring up important 3 somewher else
When i'm quoting from "frankenstein" do i have to state the whole quote if it's like 3 lines long? or can i use like "bla bla .....bla bla", if i can, how many words into the quote until i can start using the dots?
