For a 97 you'd want to have a band 6 for 8 of your units at least, so you need to be aiming for 90+ in most of your exams (scaled).

It would really depend on how you go externally, but even for a chance of 90+, your school has either got to be new, or you have to be rank 1st in everything.

From looking at your name, I can discern that you are aiming for a 99+ ATAR, idyllically you should be first in every subject with a school of that rank, so it really depends on how well you do in the externals, as of now I'd say 98-98.5 :)
