Question about UniBar and the Roundhouse

Ahh okay, so if you get someone over 18 to buy your round, no one asks questions. Makes sense, I mean thats how it is for my mates and I at restaurants and stuff.

Question about UniBar and the Roundhouse

Ahh okay. Thanks for the info. I don't mind not being able to drink for the 20 odd days that I'm there at age 17, I just wanted to make sure that I could be in the atmosphere to meet new people early on in Uni life.:sun:

Question about UniBar and the Roundhouse

If you're under 18, are you still allowed in? Just asking because I turn 18 a few weeks after start of term, so it will majorly suck if I can't enter orientation events + initial meetup sessions between new uni mate at UniBar and w/e.

Not really. From what I hear first week lectures are mostly administrative and introductory in purpose anyway.

How will you commute to UNSW?

Why'd you have to seel your car for fees? HECS HELP is available ya' know. And yeah, btw I changed my plans for commute. Turns out it is simpler to commute to QVB, walk to Pitt St., then catch the direct train to UNSW

How will you commute to UNSW?

I say stay on the direct one. Simplify the trip, rather than finding technicalities that will save you a few minutes. Also, if you don't worry about changing trains, you can have a snooze on the train.:hat:

How will you commute to UNSW?

I have 9AM lectures, and am coming from the Hills District, so I'm carpooling to Pennant Hills station, then catching a train to Central Station. From there, catching the express service to UNSW. Saves me a good half hour of commute, at least compared to twhat 131500.com suggested.

    Paying of HECS-HELP Debt.(Co-op related)

Just a quick question about paying off HECS debt. Is it possible to pay off HECS debt during the year, or at the end of the year? I only ask because my Co-op Scholarship gives me enough money to pay off the HECS debt during the year, but doesn't give me this money all at once, rather in...
