i have a really smart year but everyone has adopted a sort of "every man for himself, sabotage everyone else" kind of mentality :/

haha i know! i just dropped modern and i'm feelin' good :) such a good feeling when everyone thinks you're not as good as them and you prove them wrong :)

i used to think i did the "6" hours per night thing...but realising i was actually wasting so much time and very little of that was valuable study

^6 hours is an insane amount for prelim. i was so lazy in prelim and no one thought i was one of the smartest but i showed them this year :)

a lot of people seem to underestimate the importance of sleep during the HSC :)

sorry just wanted to know....i do partly agree that when people say they burn out it is a bit of an excuse but the HSC is hard for people who really do put in the effort..... im so sick of people constantly whinging about their marks and shitty teachers when i think students should take...

i consider it study but i don't know what the general consensus is on that one :/

^agree with that :) i just memorise lots of essays that i can adapt to whatever question they put up

i think having self-motivation is one of the most important things for ext. 2 so if you have that you'll be fine
