They simply factored out the constants and applied the quotient rule to make the process simpler

The test starts around half an hour later than you're suppose to be there It is a two hour test You can leave any time You find out what time your session starts when they mail a confirmation letter to you Generally the earlier you apply, the earlier the session you get And you get your results...
