This Question I dont get from 2008: How many different positive numbers are equal to the product of two odd one-digit numbers? Its supposedly to be done using algebra, so can any1 pleasese enlighten me? Working out and explanation are very beneficial.

If a trading scheme was intiated, wouldnt the funds acquired by the gov. (most likely) be used constructively in the fields of renewable energy? If so wouldnt that result in a big push for sci-research in renewable energy, ultimately (hopefully) creating a new trade of environmental technologies...
