Your own school marks it. They could've also hired external markers in the double marking process.

Can a crap assessment mark lower your overall mark?
Yes. If you get 80 as a school mark, you need a 100 exam mark to get 90.

There's really no way to tell, unfortunately. Depends on the paper! You should be aiming for ~90/105 for a comfortable band six though. I got 96/105 in my trials.
