Macbook Air vs Pro for University?

If he/she can afford an air what's the issue? I certainly enjoy using mine around uni compared to my old 2.5kg school laptop.

How do you write Economics notes?

Like any subject use the syllabus dot points as your framework/structure. Apart from your normal content, i would also include any key statistics or trends mentioned in your textbook as these are a vital element, especially the trends (e.g economic growth, unemployment, inflation).

And go to the effort of getting it engineered and legal? Not worth it for a 5k car.

Not sure if srs... If you've driven one you'll quickly realise that you won't be able to get it sideways (on wet grass doesn't count). As for drag, you'll still get beat by your mum at the lights.

Is getting an MX 5 a good idea for first car.

Yeah, insurance and fuel economy isn't really an issue. Civic parts are cheap but you need to use the genuine oil which is a bit more expensive than normal. The more expensive honda parts are found on the honda euro and newer models, not really something that would be an issue for the cars in...

Is getting an MX 5 a good idea for first car.

Have you driven one or just heard from the internet? It might be fun to drive for that once in a while cruise around royal nasho but for daily driving i don't think so. They are a weekend type car and not really something you'd want to deal with everyday. My mate has one and it's such a...

    'Exciting' cars for under $20k

A commodore handles better than a 300 by a long way (well at least the HSV anyway which is the direct competitor of the SRT8).

Is doing 10 units going to lower my atar

If you get good marks for all of them you won't have any issue achieving a high atar. I had fairly poor scaling subs and still managed to go respectably well. My advice would be to try and ace standard eng as much as possible. I got 87 which is quite difficult and it still dragged my atar...

    Econometrics vs Economics vs Accounting

Just go on seek at look up the jobs you're interested in as the descriptions will often have a basic idea of what is required. Additionally, go on linkedin and search for people with these roles and check out their background (degree, previous jobs etc) as this should give you a better...

Nice places to go within 3km of UNSW and accessible by bus

Food at uni is pretty terrible though, i'd recommend going to surry hills with the 393 if you have a large break (minimum 2-3hrs) or are going directly home after. Bourke st bakery is pretty damn good and prices very reasonable. You could also catch the 400 and go to bondi junction to go...
