the mark that you are given reflects what you would have got in a comprehensive.. for example so if i got 80 at selective and the school is doing work that is of a higher difficulty then you migjht get 85..

well obviously they bother looking at it.. and its for those who are leaving school in year 10 and i think it's a requirement for year 11
